Tara's extensive hands-on experience enables her to confidently address the tension in your neck, shoulders and low back.  Her techniques help to relieve pain in legs and back from running, cycling, and working out.  Massage will help keep you on the road and in the game.  If you simply need to relax...massage has been proven to reduce anxiety and ease depression.

60 Minute Massage....$85 (general work overall)

90 Minute Massage....$115 (the perfect amount of time!)
